The hotel is located in the center of the city. Both the reception and the room service staff are friendly, and they always have a smile on their face. During our stay, they brought a surprise birthday cake for my daughter at breakfast, which was a very nice gesture. He went above and beyond to help me — when the hotel Wi-Fi wasn’t working well in my room, he kindly gave me his own modem so I could use the internet. This level of care and kindness is truly rare and deeply appreciated. Overall, I didn’t feel like I was staying in a hotel — it felt like I came back home. The hospitality here is exceptional, and I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Ganja.
