This hotel is nice, it seems quite new and modern. All nice amenities. Up to “western standards”.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Ganja, the city where I was born, and it made the experience even more special. The hotel is truly five-star — very clean, newly renovated, and in a perfect location. Everything feels fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service is excellent, and all the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I want to give a special thank you to Elchin, who works at the reception during the night shift. He went above and beyond to help me — when the hotel Wi-Fi wasn’t working well in my room, he kindly gave me his own modem so I could use the internet. This level of care and kindness is truly rare and deeply appreciated. Overall, I didn’t feel like I was staying in a hotel — it felt like I came back home. The hospitality here is exceptional, and I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Ganja.

Room service xidmətindən istifadə etdim, çox razı qaldım. Səhər yeməyi çox dadlı və bol çeşidlidir. Otelin yerləşməsi çox əlverişlidir. Şəhər mərkəzinə 5 dəqiqəlik piyada məsafədə yerləşir.

Exceptional, clean and hospitable

There is a gym, spa, sauna and a restaurant. You could just chill in the hotel I you don't feel like going outside. Even room service if you want it.

The hotel is located in the center of the city. Both the reception and the room service staff are friendly, and they always have a smile on their face. During our stay, they brought a surprise birthday cake for my daughter at breakfast, which was a very nice gesture. The rooms are good-sized, the bed was comfortable, and their room service was top-notch.

Everything was great about this hotel and our stay there. Rooms and the hotel itself were in pristine condition, super clean and very well decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
