The location is great, especially if you want to enjoy the mountains and snow. The room was clean and warm, which was very important in the cold weather. Staff were polite and helpful during check-in. Breakfast was good with enough variety.

Everything about the stay was wonderful especially Mr. Junaid he was very cooperative and welcoming. I highly recommend everyone to book this hotel while visiting shahdag. Awesome location and this hotel is suitable for families as well.

Overall, it is excellent, but disadvantages: there isn't any hidden light on the ceiling of the room, and the incorrect flow of falling water in the shower cabin, so it doesn't flow to the sewage normally.

Shahdag is an activity place - you need to come prepared for...

Shahdag is an activity place - you need to come prepared for your activities. As it is a remote place, you will have to travel few kilometers down if yfou want to shop around. The place for a variety of adventure games and activities for all ages. There are some beautiful scnees around Shahdag - Laza water fall is worth visiting, especially the landscapae is mesmerizing.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful, and the location is perfect for enjoying Shahdag Mountain Resort. Everything was well organized and made our trip very enjoyable. Shahdag offers many exciting activities for families and adventure lovers: Skiing / Snowboarding Cable Car Ride Snow Tubing Snowmobile Ride Mountain Coaster: ATV / Quad Bike Tour Ice Skating: Adventure Park / Zipline Horse Riding: Frozen Waterfall Laza (off-road car) Paragliding is also available: 150–200 meters: 200–250 meters:

My teenage sons had a great ski maestro- Djaarulla, Shahdag...

My teenage sons had a great ski maestro- Djaarulla, Shahdag ski school. Thanks to him my boys learned skiing and enjoying it, feeling secure in only one week! Djaarulla is the best ski instructor! I am so grateful to him! Next year we will definitely book lessons with him in advance! Also we were helped with our ski boots every day! Which is also important for those who start skiing. And the views are breathtaking!

High in the mountains with nice temperature in the heat of...

High in the mountains with nice temperature in the heat of the summer. take a jacket with you! There is not much to do if you are not a hiker. There is a beautiful man made lake, you can get on the teleferik. a slide, there are iglo like tables with a fireplace. there is a small cafe stand with food , drinks and Shisha. There are a few stores but they are closed during the summer.

Everything about Shahdag was great.

Everything about Shahdag was great. From smooth check-in to excellent staff. The guest relation department was super helpful and had a warm reception, especially Kamila. The general manager, Mr Sabuhi Ismahilov, was also very helpful, offering cake and 30 min Jacuzzi time as complimentary for my birthday. He would be seen engaging with and checking on guests. The breakfast buffet was superb, as there was at least something for everyone. We ate dinner at the 4th-floor restaurant, and the service was good. The food was great. It's easy to get around Shahdag, there is a local shuttle bus, rollercoaster and chairlifts.For nature lovers you can easily walk around and enjoy the beautiful nature! Lot's of activities offered it's great.

The hotel was excellent. Right from the check-in to the hotel room. The breakfast was amazing and facilities around the hotel, for which we actually came to Shahdag was also easily accessible. The hotel provided free shuttle every hour to Shahdag Hotel & Spa for swimming pool, sauna etc. Lots of restaurant and food choices available. Overall experience was good.

We had a great time at Park Chalet, Shahdag. The room was big, and hotel location is fantastic. Slow clad mountains are right outside the hotels. There are multiple skiing lifts, and other winter activities very near to hotel. The staff were also very courteous, and overall we had a great time at the hotel and Shahdag.

Great location and good quality hotel close to Shahdag, easy 5 minute drive to Zirve / 10 minute to Shahdag. Hotel has a taxi for 15 AZN each way. Significantly better value than the Shahdag hotels (Pik Palace, Shahdag Resort & Spa, Park Chalet).
