The hotel was modern and clean. The location was good, not too far from the center, but we had a car. Freshly prepared omelettes for breakfast every morning.

The Tanja suited me fine as a clean, safe, quiet and reasonably priced hotel for 1 night. The location was good for those with a car, since it is at a major intersection, with free parking. For those without car, it is OK, about 1km from BL's main square, and perhaps 2-3km to bus station. The room was very basic, small but clean. Good size bed for two, even though I was alone. If I was staying longer, and needed to spread out my things, or set up my laptop, it would have been too small. For example, there was minimal room to put anything down, desk and closet were very small, and bathroom had no room to put toiletries down. Breakfast VERY basic. But the price was low ($40).
