My husband and I have stayed at Villa Ana multiple times, and it’s always our go-to place for celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, New Year’s, and other special occasions. The hotel is always spotless, and the view is absolutely gorgeous. We love that it’s nestled in the mountains, giving it a cozy, cabin-like, remote feel. And the food—amazing! Every single dish is delicious. We’ve tried almost everything, and we’re always impressed by how consistently great the food is. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the staff—hands down the nicest staff we’ve ever met. The waiters are always polite, kind, and understanding. They’re happy to give recommendations if you’re unsure what to order and always check in to make sure everything is to your liking. The managers are just as wonderful; they regularly check on guests to ensure everything is satisfactory, and if there’s ever an issue (which is rare), they’re quick to help, replace a dish, and resolve the problem.

We stayed at Hotel Novak for one night due to family related situation. Room was spacious, beds very comfortable. They serve breakfast from 7 A.M. until 11 A.M. which we found very useful. Staff was great and very helpful.

Nice and clean apartment in a great location. Parking is available, and there’s even a gas station just across the street, which is really convenient. A comfortable stay overall!
