It is much more affordable than major cities, yet offers excellent accommodation and dining. You can get around almost entirely on foot, though taxis and local transport are also useful options. I dined at the restaurants near the old bridge, which offered a beautiful view, quality service and food, and fair prices. I was accommodated in a studio located above the central bus station, which made my stay much easier. Marshal Tito's famous underground bunker (ARK D-0) is one of the most unique attractions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Hidden beneath a mountain and built to shelter the former Yugoslavia's military leadership in the event of a nuclear attack, the labyrinthine complex preserves Cold War-era conference rooms, offices, and living quarters. It is necessary to check the availability of guided tours in advance. The experience is worth it. The Vrtaljica viewpoint is a great escape for those wishing to admire the city and the valley from above, surrounded by trails and local vegetation. It offers an incredible panoramic view of Konjic and the river. Ideal for leisurely walks and connecting with nature. A great spot to watch the sunset over the city. Located on the outskirts of Konjic, Crni Vir is a natural spot with crystal-clear waters, perfect for those who appreciate river landscapes and moments of tranquility. A serene natural setting alongside the region's striking waterways. Popular among visitors looking to explore the lush green scenery outside the town center.

Mali grad, čist, uredan sa jako ljubazni ljudima. Male probleme pravi regionalni put nad kojim nije nadležan grad a isti prolazi kroz samo srce grada. Imaju dobre restorane i mjesta gdje se može jesti vrlo kvalitetno. Okruženje grada je puno prirodnih ljepota i atrakcija. Boracko jezero, Rafting na Neretvi, planinarenje su samo neki od mjesta za uživanje. Grad je lijepo uređen i lako se kretati sa autom ali i pješke.

We spent a few days in Konjic and really enjoyed our stay. The town has a charming atmosphere with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and a river running through it. It's a great base for exploring nearby attractions – we visited Sarajevo, the Kravica waterfalls, and most importantly for us, the pilgrimage site of Međugorje. Konjic itself offers a quiet and authentic experience. If you're looking for nature, calm, and a great starting point for day trips, Konjic is an choice.

The town centre is pleasant and the bridge is worth seeing. The main attraction for us in Konjic was the water rafting. The water is very clean and the views are stunning. We went in the morning and it was very quiet, we didnt see any other rafts on the water and very few people on the shore.

Nice town center for a short walk. Many adventure sports all around. We visited Tito's bunker. The roads in the town were jammed - some people park in the streets and others can't drive around them. We ate at Restoran Neretva - it was tasty local food for good price - with a view of the river and the bridge. The whole town has predominantly Muslim population so it's not easy to buy a beer for example.

A lovely town nestled in the mountains. The history is somewhat tragic and many people are still living with that memory. There are some buildings that show the pockmarks from shrapnel or bullets and are a reminder of what happened in this area. There are a number of shops in town and these are adequate for general needs. Sarajevo for major shopping trips and Mostar for wider sightseeing are both an hour away by car and Konjic is on the railway line between these two centres. Some lovely bread shops and some shopkeepers speak English. A lovely pizza restaurant in town and others serving more traditional food.
