Very nice hotel, friendly staff everything clean. The only little bit strange thing is that they give you used card for your keys! It was used many times, and compared to how good hotel is, it seemd little bit off.

Staff exceptional and room was clean

The girl working inside the bar and as a receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. She did everything she could to cover up the mess, even to kill the ants with a desinsectant spray. Beside her, everything else was absolute disaster.

Staff was wonderful. Helped me with calling taxis, changed a bit of money for me when I needed it for a taxi. Breakfasts were plentiful and good. Also, very pleasant neighborbood to walk in the evening, up the hill behind the hotel.

Prednost ovoga hotela je sto posjeduju svoj obezbijedjen parking. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Sobe su ciste. Utisak je veoma pozitivan. The advantage of this hotel is that it has its own secured parking. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. The impression is very positive.

Over expectations! It’s better than most of expensive hotels! Recommend!

The hotel is super clean, breakfast is a buffet, free parking is available in front of the hotel. The location is close to the famous skiing resorts and airport. I recommend this place for a short stay.

Best location, best place in Sarajevo( that’s my city I was born there i know every corner city)

My experience with this hotel on December 31, 2024 and check out on January 01, 2025 was one of the best five-star hotels I have stayed in around the world in terms of the spaciousness of the hotel lobby, the distinctive reception with a smile, and providing high-quality service with pleasure. I would like to mention the staff and workers, including Nela, Amor, Hana, Hamza, and their colleagues who make you feel like you are the only guest with their interest in providing all services with the smallest details... Thank you all... As for the hotel's services, they are integrated. The hotel is quiet and clean, very clean, and the breakfast is plentiful and varied. Thank you all and thank you to the hotel management for this distinction. God willing, this hotel will be my place of residence on all my visits to Sarajevo.

My flight into sarajevo arrived at almost midnight, so having some place so close- a 10 min walk though some of it was pretty dark- was handy. The person who greeted me was so so so nice and helpful!! Its close to the airport, really affordable, and breakfast was pretty good! For the price, its a clean and comfortable place to lay your head.
