A truly excellent hotel. My room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the Drina. The location was perfect. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. And there was thorough and efficient daily housekeeping. I couldn’t have been happier with my stay.

I had a bad evening due to loud music.

I had a bad evening due to loud music. Okay, I knew that in advance but what I didn't know is that they are cleaning up until 3 am with a lot of noise. It is impossible to sleep then. Also, you are no longer looked after or something is done to make the noise more bearable. Furthermore, a poorly arranged breakfast (far too little choice) and extra coffee or tea you have to pay separately. Sinister atmosphere with loud music at breakfast. I'm never coming back.
