The reception staff were very helpful, especially Ajla and ezz aldein , and they gave me another night in the hotel next to them for the same price.

This was the best hotel that I stayed in on my trip to Sarejevo. Brought my family and we were able to stay in one or the family suites. It had a cute loft that they could climb up and they enjoyed that. The room was clean, smelled fresh and I totally would return here again, I wish I had known about it sooner on my trip. It's a bit further from the city center, but I didn't mind since we have a car rental anyways. For me, cleanliness is important and I cam tell this place is clean. Breakfast was good, there were some jams, cheeses, and the hostess prepared is made to order omelets. We had two loads of laundry cleaned for us with a small fee. For the price we paid, they exceeded our expectations.

Visited for first time let me tell you place is nice clean had best customer service at check in and when we need anything for room they brought it especially big shot out to Manager or owner not sure he’s position he went over behind make sure our stay was succeed plus if you’re interested to have extra fun they have live music I will be back again when I’m in Sarajevo 😊😊😊😊

Everything but the only thing I found in this hotel that it doesn’t exist in the other hotels in Saraeejvo is the hospitality. The people in this hotel are super professional and friendly. Recommend this place
