Clean, friendly staff, big and comfortable bed nice view and away enough from the city however close to Sunny land🩷 -hopefully they don't increase the price😋- definitely comming again

Very nice hotel, friendly staff everything clean. The only little bit strange thing is that they give you used card for your keys! It was used many times, and compared to how good hotel is, it seemd little bit off.

The beautiful receptionist was very kind. She helped me carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor. There was no elevator in the hotel but it was clean and affordable.

I've rented two rooms while traveling with my family (2 adults, 2 teens). Very clean, nice facilities, friendly staff, excelent location, parking space. I regret we stayed only one night and we couldn't try all the facilities. I greatly recommend this property.

The girl working inside the bar and as a receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. She did everything she could to cover up the mess, even to kill the ants with a desinsectant spray. Beside her, everything else was absolute disaster.

Well technically I liked everything, I know it is not enough for review, but I really have nothing to add. Everything was perfect. The view was amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff was helpful....

Residence Inn Marriott is located by the river and it offers a comfortable stay in Sarajevo. We stayed here for two nights and our room had all the necessary facilities. It was very clean and also quiet. The front desk staff is amazing. Special thanks to Azer and Kenan for making our stay memorable and assisting us throughout our trip. We enjoyed walking from the hotel to Bascarsija; it was a great stroll by the river. Breakfast was nice and it was served on the ground floor.

I spent four nights in this hotel during my business trip to Sarajevo. My single room had an attached bathroom with a shower tub, there were slippers and a hair dryer, liquid soap and shower gel, everything was very clean, there was always hot water. My stay was in February, the room was warm. I noticed they also have A/C. There's TV and WiFi. The bed and the pillow were comfy and white linen was perfectly clean. I loved the location, it's a few hundred meters walking distance from the Sarajevo Town Hall (Vijećnica) and Baščaršija Old Town. They have free parking spots under video surveillance. There's a really nice bar just above the hotel with a wonderful panoramic view of Sarajevo. I will come back for sure. Location: 10/10 Wi fi : 10/10 Staff : 10/10 Breakfast : 10/10 Hotel je odlican , blizu svega sto vas moze zanimati . Bascarsija je na dohvat ruke , imate i hotelski parking ali uzmite u obzir da se placa 20e po danu ali vam je tako najsigurnije ipak i ne razmisljate o vozilu dok ste u hotelu. Dorucak je takodje odlican i ima svega da vam tesko moze nesta zahvaliti. Osoblje veoma ljubazno i profesionalno , definitivno preporuka za hotel.

The staff doesn't get any better than the staff at this hotel. The nighttime hotel receptionists were the most friendly ladies you will ever meet. They were super helpful and gave me great recommendations of the local area. The room was also big and nice with plenty of space. There were two lights for the bathroom, one was dim and awesome to use for the nighttime bathroom breaks without blinding me or waking me up.

All the experience has been great! I hope to comeback for holiday some day :)

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, we found a bed bug on one of the towels in the bathroom. We informed the staff, and they explained that their towels are cleaned at an outside facility. We checked the beds and didn’t find any other bugs, so it didn’t seem to be a bigger problem. While the staff were nice, I personally wouldn’t stay here again because of the bed bug incident.

What an incredible stay. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel itself is stunning throughout. Breakfast was outstanding, and the staff are genuinely the nicest I have ever met in all my travels. They went above and beyond: I had to check out very early to continue my journey, and even though it was well before breakfast service, they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for me. That little touch summed up the whole experience. I couldn't recommend it more highly, and I'll absolutely be back.
