It’s a brand new facility so everything was clean as expected. But what I loved was the service, especially from duty manager Mr. Rubel, who went out of his way to help me get a complementary breakfast although it wasn’t included in my booking. All other staff were also polite and seemed well trained! The location is also fantastic - only a mere few minutes away from the airport (by foot and by car), and is attached to Centrepoint Mall, which features a food court, arcade, movie theatre, and tons of retail stores. Really happy with the stay!

This was my second stay within several weeks. I was greeted like an old friend. The room was just perfect. When my flight to Colombo was cancelled due to Cyclone Ditwah the hotel was happy to extend my stay, arrange new transport to airport when needed and assist in other communications contact. All in all a brilliant hotel and staff.

I am grateful for how the hotel handled all aspects of my issues when by mistake I was charged twice the hotel realized the error and immediately made sure that a refund was issued. I am delighted to say money was back in my account. The hotel staff were brilliant at how they calmly dealt with this issue and assured me that they will ensure my account was safe.
