Location and cleanliness of room

Very cute place! We got a very charming room! Breakfast was wonderful and The girls from the kitchen were so sweet and friendly, best fresh fruits we had during our entire vacation! Girls from the front desk were really helpful as well!

My husband and I spend just one night at the hotel and I loved it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean and comfortable, the view was stunning!! The breakfast was very good. sunset from the pool view was amazing!! I’d definitely recommend going there.

My family had a blast during our stay and we left the place already planning our return. The whole staff is very kind and welcoming. We had lunch and dinner at other places, but the hotel restaurant served the best food. We strongly recommend you to stay here.

The breakfast was very good and thorough (but the eggs were strangely watery), with a fun variety of seating. The location was absolutely ideal, convenient to restaurants, night life and beaches. Beautiful glam exterior. Took us about half an hour to walk there from the ferry. Our room was large with a beautiful view toward trees and the pool. The pool was so pretty.

Facilities, staff and location

Colonial style hotel, beautiful gardens, beachfront, sadly the beach in not appropriate to bath. Cleaning and restaurant people are awesome, very friendly and helpful.

\o/ Perfect location - right in the heart of Ilhabela Old Town. The staff was very nice and was always ready to help. I had a minor inconvenience with my room that was promptly solved.

I absolutely loved everything about this property, the room was so clean and beautiful and so well kept everyday for us. The staff was especially exceptional, and I am also a huge dog lover so that was the icing on the cake for me. The way the property is designed is so beautiful I would love to return one day!

Very friendly service, even though it is a no physical contact stay, which means you have to do the self check-in, service was all above expected!! People were easily reachable over WhatsApp and very willing to help. Breakfast was simple and amazing and the property is clean and well taken care of. Would recommend to other people and would definitely come again.

The common spaces of the hotel were great, pool and location.

Great breakfast, close to beach, easy parking, surfaces for our clothes, nice shower.
