Wonderful hotel, very nice and attentive staff, clean and great location!!!.

I really enjoyed staying in the Hotel da Praia. The staff is super nice, helpful, and courteous. Super clean. Room service daily. I chose a 2 queen beds room and was spacious.I was enchanted by the Victorian x vintage x layback beach side decoration. Very cute and cozy. Breakfast is not a regular continental but rather very abundant, and there are many healthy choices. The place is in a nice and quiet location. Few yards from the beach, but not beachfront as described. It's located on a side street but extremely close. And btw the Itaparica beach is a beautiful área, very clean and safe. Lots of places to visit near by, just an Uber way. The locals are so nice. I definitely will return. Love it.

Nice rooms with modern lighting. Very nice buffet breakfast including cake! They also offer an afternoon cake and banana compote. Its great. Its now a favorite little property for me.

Staff was helpful and some spoke English. Easy access to beach. We were able to store our luggage at hotel until check in. Conveniently located and easy access.

Absolutely everything about our stay at this hotel was impeccable. We booked the king deluxe with ocean view and extended our stay for a total of 7 nights (Dec 27-Jan 2). The room, view, and service was perfect. We especially found the bed to be quite comfortable, the towels very soft and our favorite part was the afternoon coffee cart that came around every day around 4-5pm to bring us an array of snacks and coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, etc. We loved interacting with the staff, especially Mario and Sansao who were so caring and took such great care of us. Location was also great, we were easily able to walk to restaurants (Coco Bambu and Peppe were great) and a quick walk to the beach as well. For New Years the hotel provided various "kits" which we purchased! Champagne, two plastic champagne flutes, a small tray of cheeses, meats, and nuts, as well as the container it all came in. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Basic hotel with comfortable bed and good air conditioner which is all you really need. Very good breakfast, which includes made to order tapioca crepe(s). It was centrally located in town near the Convent.
