The hotel is very clean, comfortable and modern looking. Also great location, very close to the beach, and in a nice neighborhood. Staff are very polite, professional and helpful. I found the environment very friendly and welcoming.

Everything was amazing, the gym has life fitness equipments which is great.

This isn't the first time we've stayed at the Deville Porto Alegre, so our expectations were already high, based on our previous stays. Every aspect of the hotel was exceptional. My 10-year-old grandson said it all: "This hotel really knows how to hotel!" And he was right.

Staff was particulary very friendly. They must have had some good training!

Excellent location close to shops and a great variety of restaurants. Friendly staff and a plentiful breakfast with a great selection of local pastries and native fruits.

Great breakfast included, shuttle service to the airport at the doorstep.!

They gave us a room that had so much humidity it was dangerous to walk on a wet floor. Front desk said another couple complained and the ac on floor below broke causing the trouble. Should have given different rooms.

Location of the Hotel was good , however as I had to also work from the Hotel , needed the Internet WiFi facility which was Not Good at all & due to this whole experience was very bad .

The staff welcoming us in the lobby were amazing. Thank you so much for your kind welcome. The rooms were perfect and as expected, and most importantly, had functioning heaters for the very cold winter days/nights here!
