Great host!! She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and communicated everything clearly well in advance. The breakfast she prepared was excellent. The location is fantastic, with beautiful morning views that made the experience even more enjoyable. Our kids loved it as well, and we would happily stay here again.

It's very peaceful and lovely here! The host was very sweet and nice! Also loved how close it is to the whale watching tour and to the ferry to Tadoussac! Great stay!

Perfect location, close to the Tadoussac center and the ferry. We loved our little balcony with view on the lake and trees behind the road. There was a mini-fridge, which was practical. Staff was welcoming and suggested what to explore. Clean. Huge parking.

Very clean, and reception was always easily accessible when I needed questions. Everything was fantastic, we had a car so it was just a short drive down to where we were going whale watching. There was an AC machine considering the hot weather. There was ice in the mini kitchen which we really needed for our water bottle for being on the go.

Clean rooms/bathroom. Great location. Ammenities and tools: TV, fridge, AC. Fresh towels, bed sheets. Nice touch was an info about the hotel and some extra information about the city and surrounding activities...

What we liked most was the location (close to whale watching...

What we liked most was the location (close to whale watching departure point in Baie-Saint-Catherine), the cleanliness of the place (rooms, kitchen and lounge), the genuine kindness and helpfulness of the hosts. Although we enjoyed the breakfast, it was on the sweet side (it would be nice with some protein options ie. hard boiled eggs, cheese, and non-canned fruit options),

Baie Sainte-Catherine is a remote area reached by a highway...

Baie Sainte-Catherine is a remote area reached by a highway with extreme grades and a lot of turns. It's popular with tourists for challenging hiking and whale-watching. Most of the accommodations are older and basic; les Chalets de la Colline is the best place to stay. There is only one small Co-op grocery store. If you like nature and have all of your provisions with you, this is a great place to explore and unwind.

I chose this hotel because of it's location for an early start to San Simeon for the ferry. It meant we didn't have to wait for the Tadoussac ferry, but we knew we were further from most attractions and restaurants. The location and garden is lovely and although we didn't use the pool it looked inviting. The hosts were accommodating in our request for a later check-in although all worked out in time in the end. The room was decorated very stylishly and the place feels very homely.

The chalet was very comfortable, and its location was absolutely fantastic. It faces east, so you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the sea in the morning. It also has a lovely garden where you can spend some time relaxing. In addition, the AML Croisières harbor in Baie-Sainte-Catherine is only about a 15-minute walk away, so you don’t need to drive there or pay for parking.

Location. Views. Veranda. It was a totally different style of accommodation to using an hotel. It was great fun having to use the free 24 hour ferry every time we needed to access Tadoussac and the surrounding area The owners were lovely, recommended a new restaurant was lovely and even booked the table for us,
