I like the location, it is close to the incline railway, and we got the WEGO day pass with limitless access to the facility, so that made it easy to go to the falls side without walking too much. We arrived early and the room wasn't ready to be checked in, but the staffs helped us stored our luggages so we can began our adventure right away. Our room was located at the penthouse level, we have to use two elevators to get to our floor. It was our first time to use the manually controlled lift, but the instructions from the staffs and the notes they gave us were clear enough so we had no problem getting to our room. It turned out to be a fun experience staying here. The view to the falls from our room was amazing, I love my time sitting by the window and glazing through the day and night scenery. After checkout, we realised that we forgot our takeout food in the fridge, and by calling them, the staffs were very helpful to find it and stored away in fridge until we returned to pick it up. Big thanks to all the staffs that you've made our trip carefree and enjoyable. Will definitely recommend the Tower Hotel to family and friends and can't wait to come back any sooner.

Featuring the best views of the awesome waterfall sharing its name, Canada’s Niagara Falls is a small city promising more than just a stunning insight into the power of nature.

By day, view the falls from the riverfront promenade, or for an up-close-and-personal experience, the Hornblower Niagara Cruise takes you right into the swell. Rain ponchos are provided. Alternatively, there’s the Journey Behind the Falls – a walk through the rock behind Niagara. Handy portholes help you to experience the thundering water.

Slightly downstream are the American Falls, less well-known and less impressive, but worth a look. At night, both falls get illuminated by coloured lights – an incredible sight. Further downstream is the Rainbow Bridge which you can walk across to get an American stamp in your passport. Just check your visa requirements first.

The city itself has 7 golf courses – one is close to the river, so be careful with your swing! Other Niagara Falls attractions include casinos, cinemas and Marineland Canada, featuring the world's largest whale habitat for viewing orcas both above ground and below.

I didn't expect Niagara Falls, Ontario, to feel like a...

I didn't expect Niagara Falls, Ontario, to feel like a miniature mix of Disneyland and Las Vegas. It was much more lively and entertainment-focused than I had imagined, with attractions, bright lights, and a fun atmosphere. It definitely wasn't what I expected, but it made the visit a unique experience.

We love walking down Cliffton Hill,,,always something to buy at a gift shop..we did have pizza pizza it wasnt their best this time..We got to see the fireworks from our motel,,windows in the staircase lol We were shocked to see that the Dairy Queen was gone..

Lots to do at Niagara Falls..

Lots to do at Niagara Falls.. Parking is hard if you are not in one of the close hotels/ B & B. I recommend buying the Park and Ride if you want to ride the bus but aren't staying near a bus stop.

I've always loved coming to the falls.

I've always loved coming to the falls. My parents used to take me every year for summer vacation from when I was 4 or 5 until I was 13 years old. There is so much to do and a beautiful view. And even though I hate busy places, for some reason it doesn't bother me there. I don't get the anxiety I normally get. I genuinely feel really good when I'm in Niagara Falls.

We only stayed one night in Niagara Falls.

We only stayed one night in Niagara Falls. On arrival advised we'd have to park off site. We were given directions where to park by employee of hotel. Shuttle bus to and from the car park. We had large cases with us, no help from first driver, we struggled with getting cases on to shuttle bus. Second driver was great, he put cases on to the bus, far more helpful and worthy of a tip. Large queue to book in, but reception helpful. On arrival at room, disappointed to see how worn the room was for the amount of money paid. Clearly you pay for the view of the Falls, which were amazing. Bed settee not made up. I had to request bed linen and pillows. I also had to make the bed up, not really acceptable. Bed linen arrived promptly upon request, staff very polite. Everywhere was clean, but overall disappointed with our tired looking room. Breakfast not included. Visit to the Falls was fabulous. Due to wild fires, which created smog, our 10.30pm boat ride was cancelled. However we went on the Journey Behind the Falls, it was great fun, and would recommend. Overall our visit to NF was good, but not sure if would recommend this hotel.

I walked around the night at 10:00 pm the temperature was great and had nice walk,I like the fireworks and the view,the Lighting less crowded after the fireworks I prefer to watch the fireworks across the street from the park if gave me more space. Over all it was great. Walk in the night I like it because I had been there several times I know the area's.

The location is one of the best things about this hotel it's within walking distance of Niagara Falls, Clifton Hill, and plenty of restaurants and attractions. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had everything I needed for a one-night stay. Considering the location, I felt it offered good value for the price with free breakfast.

I took the bus from New York to Niagara Falls, I saw the distance was 650m, apparently the hotel was on high ground from the bus stop, in the end I took an Uber because I was carrying a suitcase, the room was nice, the mattress was comfortable, the sheets were clean, the towels were plentiful and clean, the room was cleaned every day , I like it
