Enjoyed our stay. Host was great. Egg breakfast was nice. Room was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable. Walking distance to brewery or anything else right in town. Over all a great stay. Highly recommend.

Do not waste your money or time going there.

Do not waste your money or time going there. Stay somewhere else. Room was a total disgrace and unkempt --- needs time, attention and money for a facelift. (dusty under bed, paint missing off walls, couch and chair cushions ripped, bathroom fan not working, bathroom sink cold water drips fast at best and does not run, no glassware, fireplace gas shut off and not working) Staff did not care or respond to calls and concerns. So disappointed in the facility we chose to eat off site. Working with booking.com to get a refund -- facility Grand Tapattoo wants to offer 20% next visit ... THERE'LL BE NO NEXT VISIT .... they should refund total amount!

Seguin is an amorphous region without a core.

Seguin is an amorphous region without a core. It is a collection of summer and permanent residences scattered along an extensive web of meandering roads, many rough and unpaved. As it moves toward Georgian Bay it becomes more rugged and scenically attractive. It is not a conventional resort area and it is at least a half hour drive to find a sample of restaurants. Perhaps best for self catering cottage rentals in season.

The location is beautiful, if you want to spend all day on...

The location is beautiful, if you want to spend all day on or by the water then this is a fabulous spot. But be prepared for the very run down Inn and that all other of the amenities mentioned are really not in good enough shape to use.

This is the perfect spot for quiet, peaceful, back to...

This is the perfect spot for quiet, peaceful, back to outdoors holidays. We spent 8 days here soaking in the sun, kayaking, row-boating, swimming and enjoying our 38 years of marriage together. Good coffee and even better wine complemented the amazing views of this great spot God has given us to enjoy. We will absolutely return next year.

It is a nice place to visit. try the 30,000 boat cruise or the boat trip to Huckleberry Island which is fun. Water activities and peaceful surroundings at Sunny Point Resort. Family suite was big and clean; two bathrooms was a bonus. fun family trip.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. Our room has recently been renovated, and carpet change in the hallways is expected very soon so that everything will be new. The breakfast was of good quality considering it was free. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious! I especially want to highlight Eli for her exceptional level of service. Always with a smile on her face, she was making us want to return to the restaurant again and again! There are plenty of sun loungers and tables on the beach, so you can spend the whole day there.

The resort was just what we needed at the end of our road trip. It had everything that we needed and more. The mini golf, the tennis court, and every other activity included really made our vacation the most fun. The breakfast included waffles, toast, muffins, and a lot more other options. The waffles in particular were exquisite. The dinner we had was in the hotel on the premises, where they had billiards to entertain as well. The staff of the hotel was also very friendly and was satisfactory.

This hotel is located very close to Parry Sound and two Provincial Parks my husband and I wanted to visit. The hotel is well- kept, and the continental breakfast is very good. The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool and other facilities for children. Our room was very clean and the shower was pretty new. The staff was very friendly and professional.
