This is the perfect place for 2 people, a nice stand alone fully equipped studio apartment with parking for one car. Location couldn’t be more convenient, grocery store, coffee shops and drug store within walking distance, very close to my family and to Niagara Falls, wineries and restaurants.. Plus 4 nights at this location was equal to one night in a hotel with no meals. Can’t beat that. In a nice safe and quiet section of Welland. Would definitely use again.

It's a nice little town.

It's a nice little town. Its star attraction is being the gateway to the Welland Canal. Watching ships pass by is mesmerizing. There is a good historical museum, a number of beaches and some fine parks. It boasts some excellent restaurants and accommodation.

Lots to do there. plenty of restaraunts to enjoy a meal at while still getting the canal view. Lovely place to take an evening stroll along the canal. Biking was our thing and the trails are plenty. Even parked our car at Weaverly Beach and biked to Niagara, beautiful ride. Lots of shops.

Small town feeling, very friendly and quaint.

Small town feeling, very friendly and quaint. Loved watching the ships move through the canal. Loved the shops. Ate at the Canal side kitchen restaurant, food was tasty and portions generous. Getting around was easy, everything was within minutes of driving , grocery stores, Shoppers Drug mart, Dollarama, TIms, Harveys, McDonalds, all the quick serve places. Lots of opportunity for shopping and eating. I would love to come back in the summer to visit the beach.

WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND A PLACE NEARBY FOR A REGULAR BREAKFAST BUT DID FIND A GREAT PLACE FOR COFFE/TEA AND SWEET AND SAVORY BAKED GOODS. THERE WERE SEVERAL LOCAL COMMUNITY FAIRS GOING ON AND SHIPS IN THE CANAL PASSING DURING THE TRIP. FRIENDLY PEOPLE. EASY TO WALK AROUND. I WAS THERE FOR A FRIEND'S 94TH BIRTHDAY.

Beautiful, well kept home on a private lot. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces, especially the outdoor gazebos with furniture and fire table to relax. Many things were provided which made our trip much easier. Paper goods, coffee, bottled water. The owner met us upon arrival and went over everything that the property had to offer and how to use amenities and where everything was located. Property was near the beach and a place to launch our kayaks, which was awesome.

This place was comfy , clean , great location and the pool was awesome! We stayed at another location last year when visiting Port Colborne and it was not great. Here recommended!! The king room even had a jacuzzi tub . But just had a shower and the pressure was fantastic! Later check out time and lots of towels provided. And bonus they left a couple snacks along with water and juice in the fridge in the room. So much extra worth way more !

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, showed me 3 rooms I could have a choice of. Location was good, close to town. Motel is an older style, but was fairly well kept and clean. Good for a short stay.

Location great and rooms have character....nice to watch the ships sail by. Rented 5 rooms for a wedding in Port Colborne. Restaurant staff was friendly and food was good.
