Smith falls was great.... middle town to launch trips to...

Smith falls was great.... middle town to launch trips to Perth/ Almonte/ Merrickville and Brockville. Many great restaurants and a haven of great chip stands...staples as well (Tim horton / Harvey/ Swiss Chalet ) local Walmart and Giant tiger. Pretty town with old history and the river locks are very interesting - workers there are happy to give you the workings of the locks. Enjoy

We requested to book out at 1:00 pm so that we could change...

We requested to book out at 1:00 pm so that we could change after the funeral. Initially we were told yes but the next day the decided we needed to pay for an extra day since we were late departing even though we had confirmed prior to taking the room the we could have a delayed departure.

We love Smith Falls beautiful community with old and new...

We love Smith Falls beautiful community with old and new Architecture. The water ways are so beautiful with the locks. We just love the scenery and The Railroad Museum. Just a beautiful are in which to enjoy nature. Can't forget the Swans there in summer.

We were visiting family rather than sightseeing. We certainly enjoyed the fact that the hotel has been completely refurbished. We love it when historic buildings are brought back to life. It was done very well with quality finishes

Smiths Falls has done an amazing job of improving and...

Smiths Falls has done an amazing job of improving and enhancing its public areas, roadways and downtown core in recent years. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the town, the numerous parks and museums, and the great little shops downtown.

We had a wonderful stay. Room was easy to access because instructions were very clear. Room was very clean and quiet. Close to a few restaurants. Would definitely come back and recommend. It's not hotel service because it's more like an Airbnb. Only thing is the bed was not the most comfortable which is why we gave 4 stars.

I do not have nothing about I could complain. It's a clean hotel, very nice staff, the room was renovated, the location is amazing, close to grocery store, Walmart, Tim Hortons, McDonald's, gas station. They provide continental breakfast, very good. I love it and highly recommended

Located central to Smiths Falls right on the river. Attentive and helpful staff who accommodated my request as a cyclist. The room and linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Coffee machine in the room and pleasant aroma shower soaps
