The stay at the River House was one of the highlights of our trip to Ontario/Toronto. What a gem - perfect setting surrounded by nature, and everything set for the guests to enjoy it - hot tube, fireplace by the river, with cozy lights to create an atmosphere. House has got all one needs - the kitchen is fully equipped, board games to play, and even kayaks for a short adventure on the river! Thank you again, you made our stay very special.

It was super clean, the staff were really nice. Spacious rooms and a quick, convenient breakfast with good coffee. The rooms are updated, but maintain the retro HoJo vibe I remember from family road trips many years ago. As far as a "place to sleep" hotel goes, this is about as good as you can get.

The hotel is situated in very good location close to shopping facility and restaurant. We will go back to tillsonburg. The staff are very nice and helpfull.
