There were several highlights. Serge and Dominique are the most friendly, generous, and helpful hosts you will ever meet. They are available to help or respond to anything, but at the same time completely give you your own space and distance as you wish. The place is immaculate and gorgeously decorated and appointed. Everything it top quality and focused on your comfort and enjoyment. The setting is stunningly beautiful overlooking the lake and with a path down to the pier, a fire pit, picnic table and other vantage points. Within a short drive are trailheads with varying degrees of difficulty that suited me really well with the endpoints being spectacular vistas high above the forests and lakes below. The Provincial Park has a recreational spot just a short drive away where one could rent canoes or kayaks. I spent quite a bit of quiet relaxed time on the back terrace reading a book or just watching the birds.

The house is so cozy ! It had everything we would need. Ustensils, a few spices (salt, pepper, herbs), coffee, ... The rooms were so nice and the beds were comfortable ! The place had books, movies, board games and a smart tv The view was so nice and the whole area is super calm. The hosts were so kind. Available withou being overwhelming.
