I really how helpful the staff was and they were very respectful

-very convenient from the airport, close to many interesting things like the National museum, not far from downtown -very hot water available for the shower -breakfast buffet is fantastic -good, powerful air conditioning -extremely clean, with nice modern bathroom -exceptional service by all staff -secure and private rooms

The room service and restaurant breakfast were great. The property was well maintained and secured with a backup power generator.

Staff professionalism, breakfast, and facility maintenance

First off, this is a beautiful hotel. Granted, there are rooms that don't have a view of the internal courtyard. But, it is well-maintained, and staffed with friendly, helpful people. The reception manager even sought us out during breakfast to tell us how we could save even more on our visits.
