A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast of warm croissants and sliced bread with honey, jams and Nutella, along with a fresh fruit salad, orange juice and coffee with warm milk. Two thumbs way up!

Near all Bulle and Gruyères have to offer. Very close to train station so quite convenient. Restaurant on site so very practical. Good value. Very nice and helpful staff.

The staff was very helpful upon check-in and even allowed me to check in a little earlier which was great because I could drop my luggage in the room and get out to experience the Gruyere Castle earlier than I thought. The view was incredible, it faced the mountains and Gruyere Castle. I was able to open the window and enjoy the air. It was a very clean and quiet room. Wish I stayed there more than a night.

Although English wasn't the staff's strength, they tried to speak it and were really nice and thoughtful throughout our stay. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the food was really good. The bedroom was way bigger and nicer then we thought from watching the photos. Also the view from the hotel is something to behold!

The suites are spread across three floors: the ground floor has a terrace with outdoor seating and access to the garden, the second floor also has a terrace, and the third floor has windows. The hotel was clean and we were satisfied with the facilities.
