The coffee at breakfast was excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and my room was spotless! The train station is less than a one minute walk, making the Hotel Aletsch the perfect location for! Oh, and the towels were very nice.

Last minute booking due to train issues. Easy walk from station but didn't hear anything, was very quiet. Staff exceptional... In fact some of the nicest staff we've encountered.

Perfect location, a bit dated but in a relaxing way. The hotel had everything we needed for a stay overnight with our bikes. Really comfortable bed and perfect room temperature.

Location of the hotel was very good, close to shops, restaurants and railway station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was overlooking the castle which was an added bonus.

A very nice place. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Near to the city by bus. Breakfast staff is kind and even prepared for us early breakfast take out because we check out very early.

Amazing place to stay for a total ski lodge experience plus more. Staff very friendly, all food was amazing (breakfast included; we decided to also purchase lunch and dinner from here and have zero regrets). Despite it being a short stay we felt at home and like it was 'our' place. Incredible views, great snow. We decided to spend a bit extra on the wellness centre (spa and sauna) and were so glad we did. Would love to return one day.

Almost everything. The staff, bed, veranda, scenic view.. Best of all, the spontaneous support of my friend from the hotel in giving us a lift to catch a train to Interlaken with his own car once the public transport was not available in the time required and that to on a holiday! Love & Respect!

Loved this place right next to tram! Couple running it are lovely and room was great with perfect view. Parking garage super convenient. Owner even called me when we were late returning- so nice!

The owners and staff at Hotel du Pont could not have been any friendlier. Everyone was nice, cheerful, and helpful. The room was spacious with great views. Nothing better than waking up in the morning and looking out the window to see a beautiful mountain. The hotel has a long history, yet it has been maintained extremely well. Breakfast was traditional and good. We also ate in the restaurant, and it was delicious and reasonably priced. Great location, great staff, great room, and great food. I highly recommend the Hotel du Pont.
