Nice apartment with a view of Lake Thun. Clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the kitchenette, so we didn’t have to have that many meals out. Use of the common laundry machines was appreciated. The convenient Interlaken bus stops a couple blocks away and only takes about 10 minutes to get to Interlaken.

We had a lovely experience here. Getting to the hotel was very easy, and the self check-in process was simple and clear. Free parking right next to the building was super convenient. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — only about 20 minutes from Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money.

The place is amazing with the best view. The staff is very friendly and very responsive. I forgot to ask the name of lady she was very kind to our kids and even gave chocolates to us at the time of checkout. The place has two terraces and you can enjoy your meal with lake view. The place also comes with fishing opportunity where you can catch perch and trout all day long (check local regs) If you are tourist then property managers can also help to get temporary fishing license. I wish I could stay a bit longer and people who are managing it doing great job.

It has 2 baths for a family of 4. Lake thun is just across the street. Smells good when we came in. Would have been nice to swim if the weather was sunny when we visited.

Great views, lake facing, very quiet but poor transport.

Great views, lake facing, very quiet but poor transport. Only one bus service with hourly frequency most of the time. Sometime bus was full and few could not ride due to no space to keep luggage in the bus then have to wait for one hour. Both direction buses (Interlaken to Thun and Thun to Interlaken) pass at the same time hence missing both at the same time. During tourist season, the bus frequency should be at least 1/2 hourly.

We did not spend any time in Därlingen as we were skiing in...

We did not spend any time in Därlingen as we were skiing in Grindelwald every day but looks like a very cosy little village, specially during the summer as there is a small harbour with sailing boats etc..

It has the best location and beautiful scenic views to offer, with peace and calmness. The apartment is quite old but was clean and has comfy beds.We only stayed there for one night but will remember the lovely views of the lake from the kitchen window .

Nice view of the lake but definately do not book this hotel it was not a good place , most rooms derelict, carpet’s threadbare on the stairs , lifts not working , notices taped to the doors of most rooms that looked as though they had been condemned.

I've noticed that the property is a bit far from the city of...

I've noticed that the property is a bit far from the city of Interlaken, so you would need to take the bus every time. However, the transportation is reliable. The room itself is nice, with a small balcony, but the shower handle in the bathroom needs some repair. The common kitchen area is located in the concourse, but I couldn't find tap water there, so I had to carry bottled water for making coffee or tea. It would be great if there were some plates, bowls, or coffee mugs available. Also, the glasses were not properly cleaned, so I believe there is room for improvement in the kitchen. Overall it is a nice place to stay. Bus fare is 4CHF per person from Interlaken Ost/West to Därligen Dorf (Bus Stop)

Darligen Is a good location to use as a base for exploring...

Darligen Is a good location to use as a base for exploring the region. But the town is a little lifeless and past its best years. The Water front by the lake is great for lake swimming and has scenic views, but there is a lack of facilities.
