La Cibourg was ideal for us. We were a party of 5: my husband and I, two adult children, and a grandparent. We rented a bungalow with two bedrooms and a room in the large chalet by the restaurant. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the linens soft and plentiful, and breakfast each morning at the restaurant was delightful. Staff was kind and very helpful. Animals were adorable. We had a car to get us back and forth to La Chaux-de-Fonds, about 10 minutes away, where we were visiting friends. We loved it and would return in an instant!

Location far out in the Swiss countryside was great once arrived. The 1857 farmhouse along the way was converted into a classic, beautifully decorated and furnished hotel many decades ago. Simple but beautiful. It has not changed much since made into a hotel except for the addition of fast WiFi. Pleasant and helpful staff and in-residence owner have been there for up to 30 years. Food: I did not have dinner because of a late arrival. Breakfast was good quality though not plenty of choices.
