The coffee at breakfast was excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and my room was spotless! The train station is less than a one minute walk, making the Hotel Aletsch the perfect location for! Oh, and the towels were very nice.

Staying at the top of Europe and right next to several ski lifts. Very friendly!

Almost everything. The staff, bed, veranda, scenic view.. Best of all, the spontaneous support of my friend from the hotel in giving us a lift to catch a train to Interlaken with his own car once the public transport was not available in the time required and that to on a holiday! Love & Respect!

Last minute booking due to train issues. Easy walk from station but didn't hear anything, was very quiet. Staff exceptional... In fact some of the nicest staff we've encountered.

A very nice place. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Near to the city by bus. Breakfast staff is kind and even prepared for us early breakfast take out because we check out very early.

Wonderful hotel close to everything. Super-friendly staff and updated spa. Highly recommended!

Amazing location Great and kind staff

This is a stunning location and my favorite hotel so far in Switzerland. The view is fantastic, and I slept like a baby. The restaurant has excellent food, and the breakfast was great as well.

Amazing place to stay for a total ski lodge experience plus more. Staff very friendly, all food was amazing (breakfast included; we decided to also purchase lunch and dinner from here and have zero regrets). Despite it being a short stay we felt at home and like it was 'our' place. Incredible views, great snow. We decided to spend a bit extra on the wellness centre (spa and sauna) and were so glad we did. Would love to return one day.

Slalom hotel was by far our favourite stay while in Switzerland! (and the most comfortable bed!) The family is so incredibly kind, and helpful. The breakfast was great - lots of options and in the cutest moutain kitchen in the hotel. We were on our honeymoon and they upgraded us to the nicest room - it was a beautifully renovated room with the most spectacular views of the mountains all along the valley. We spent hours on our balcony taking it all in. The only thing that we wish could change was us staying longer!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is a quick walk from the gondola. The family room was surprisingly spacious with a wonderful wrap-around balcony overlooking the mountain range. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast variety was excellent. The staff were friendly. We definitely want to return!

The hotel was so adorable and centrally located. Everything had such personal details down to the namesake on the breakfast tables. We loved how the tables were set up with our last names and a welcome message along with the napkins shaped in to hearts. Breakfast was amazing with fresh jams and delicious breads, and basically anything you would want and more.

Loved this place right next to tram! Couple running it are lovely and room was great with perfect view. Parking garage super convenient. Owner even called me when we were late returning- so nice!
