Ideal location for ski race training

The location just few steps from the ski lift, and most importantly the staff, Joaquim went out of his way to make our stay a pleasant experience. The restaurant offers exquisite cuisine and an excellent rapport on quality and price for the half board. Totally recommended!

Beautiful located and having the restaurant was even better we loved the fondue. The family room was awesome for the kids having their own bed up in the den.

They go above and beyond to make you feel at home, from thoughtful chats to planning personalized day trips around the area. The homemade dinners and breakfasts were a real highlight—packed with local ingredients, generous portions, and full of flavor. It’s rare to find such heart and care poured into every detail. We felt incredibly well looked after, and getting to know Emily and John made the whole experience feel deeply personal and special. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the region. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

Very cosy hotel. The terrasse is very nice (sunny) and you can see the Matterhorn getting pink in the evening ;-) Nice buffet breakfast, very friendly staff

The breakfast was delicious and situated in a dining room that was beautiful. I loved how they treated the ceiling with the painted flowers and ivy.

I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.
