The rooms and the furniture were a bit old

The place was really exceptional. It exceeded my expectation. The room was affordable yet very clean and beautiful. They clean the room and change the sheets everyday. The place was very accessible to all transportation. All of the staff were very nice and accomodating. I'll definitely book here if I'll visit Switzerland again.

It’s a big and pretty place with a great view on both ends of the apartment. Amenities were complete and we lived every bit of our stay ❤️❤️❤️ very accommodating owner also (delivered the mail to us in person). Bus stop right outside the door

We had a great stay. It was the perfect location, right next to Interlaken but in a very quiet and peaceful town. The rooms were a great size and we loved the balcony. The breakfasts were great and very convenient. Everything was very clean and cosy. We would definitely recommend.

The staff were fantastic! They assisted us with last-minute excursions, suggested a short program tailored to our needs, and customized our meals just as we wanted. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. 4o

Clean rooms, beatiful views, spacious garden by the lake

We loved this stay! We had a clean and bright family room (perfect for 3-4), convenient location for sledding (you’re already at the top of Niederhorn!), easy access to rental equipment, free transportation to/ from Beatenbucht with stay. Very quiet in the evening after tourists leave on the last gondola, dinner available for pay for overnight guests. Although we were slightly concerned about shared bathroom and shower facilities, there were plenty for all guests and they were very clean.

The view of the lake from the balcony is wonderful, as was our breakfast. Our room had been renovated and modernized, and although small, was very comfortable.

The breakfast and the staff were exceptionally good. The location is nice however, the bus route 60 appears every hour from Spiez to interlaken.

I recently had an unforgettable stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it's the best place I've experienced in Switzerland. From the moment I arrived, the managers, Dany and Linda, offered the warmest welcome I've ever received, making me feel like part of the family rather than just a guest. The hotel exudes a cozy atmosphere, filled with delightful aromas that enhance the overall experience. Its location is simply stunning, perched above the clouds and just a 15-minute bus ride to Interlaken West Station. On clear days, the views of Lake Thun are breathtaking, and the sunsets are nothing short of magical. At night, the starry sky is extraordinary due to the minimal light pollution—truly a sight to behold. Breakfast was another highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options, including plenty of vegetarian choices. I can’t recommend this hotel enough; it’s the perfect blend of comfort, stunning scenery, and warm hospitality. I can’t wait to return in the spring to swim in the beautiful lakes of Thun and Brienz. A huge thank you to Dany and Linda for making my stay so special!

Gorgeous mountainous views, the room was spacious and very comfortable, lots of parking space, amazing staff, and stay is close to all attractions in Interlaken.

Everything!!! The confortable and cleanest rooms, the beds with the conforter, all the furniture with great taste,, the roomy decks with the greatest views of the lake surrounded by the Mountains The Breakfast, typical swiss food and delicious. The amnenities, a challenge minigolf with the big cows and lambs at the other side of the fence. Also, the kidnest and organize staff that help you all the way of your stay. Simply the best hotel in Swisserland. .
