Good location and truly accessible

I checked it by myself, no one to answer any questions, the parking in front of the entrance of the hotel, the size of the room and bathroom were perfect. it was clean, nice, water in bottles, able to make tea, a bathtub, nice hot running water, nice sheets, really good quality of sheets, nice pillows.

This hotel was in a small town north of Yverdon-Les Bains. We had a lovely room, with a view out to the lake. There was more distance to the lake though than we were expecting. The room was well appointed, with a large comfortable bed and a good shower. We did not have breakfast here as it was expensive. We did have an evening meal however and that was excellent.

Very clean and plentiful patio seating. Breakfast was really excellent.

Arrived with my daughter & her husband 2 rooms on ground floor direct from room to access outdoor terrace with small table & two chairs Hôtel has an indoor corridor directly to the thermal baths & spas. Hotel guest have own Private thermal mineral outdoor pool. Non public. Option of Breakfast included in room price was a plus. Breakfast dining room has magnificent triangular views of the gardens. Unlimited food choices to choose from too long a list to describe the abundance of buffet breakfast spreads. Staff reception and room service personnel are very helpful & willing to help with all your questions .

This is a very grand, and very old hotel. Some of it was modern (pool/gym area, terraces, elevators), and much was dated and in need of serious refurbishment. The beds were good. Breakfast was very plentiful if you were early, if not, too bad. Parking was easy and plentiful. If you hit a sunny day, you are rewarded with one of Earth's most beautiful panoramic views. So get an alp-facing room, with a balcony. The pool and gym, hammam and sauna were very well maintained. The restaurant and dining were in a beautiful room and the quality of the food/kitchen was pretty high.

Franny and Lauri and Anthon were all very, very helpful. Franny was super helpful with our luggage, and provided a vase and an expresso machine right away, as well as ice. Lauri also spoke good English and took care of arranging a taxi to arrive for our departure who was willing to place our luggage directly on the train. Anton served us in the bar and allowed us to use the dining room to devour some special sandwiches and desserts that our family brought for dinner for us, We couldn't be more well cared for, The grounds were awesome, giving us a place to play cards and relax, and the train only a few minute walk was our mode of transportation to get from city to city. Yverdon was nice and flat with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. We want to thank the terrific staff for treating us like royalty, I'd definitely return if I go back to Switzerland,
