The beds are very nice and two different types of comfortable pillows are offered. The price is excellent and a great value. They are pet friendly which was most appreciated. The rooms are quiet offering a good night’s sleep. Breakfasts which are included in the price are prepared for you. They offer two different breakfasts each day that rotate each day that includes eggs, fruit, bread, arepa, granola bowls with fruit. Good coffee and bagged herbal tea is offered throughout the day and night. I would enjoy returning to this hotel.

It's a very beautiful city, with large parks like La Flora and great local cuisine and fashion. It has spaces for walking, having coffee, and enjoying the scenery. It boasts good restaurant options and natural beauty.
Overall, it's a very good area to live and enjoy. The Cabecera del Llano neighborhood seems to be one of the most sought-after areas to live in, due to its tranquility and convenience.
My favorite places: La Flora Park, San Pío Park, Café Mesa de Los Santos, and Café Horneu.
I ate at Yakusa Restaurant, Casa Cartagena, and Zekkei, but I didn't like the appetizers.
Getting around Bucaramanga is easy on foot, but a bit complicated by car towards Floridablanca or the Chicamocha exit, especially on the way back in the afternoon.
A fun activity is visiting La Flora Park; it's a large ecological park with a picnic area and walking trails.

Bucaramanga and, in particular, Ruitoque, is a fantastic place! The location, the vegetation, the new developments, and the great clinics and medical centers make it an extremely great place to retire. But there is little respect for seniors. Shopping centers and restaurants have extremely noisy environments.
We visited several good friends in their homes and had a wonderful time with them. But the public places we visited were torturous due to the extremely loud environments.

Disorganized city without decent transportation system after collapse of local tranportation company due to corruption and local infighting within the municipal and departmental administration. Traffic is a disaster at all time due to badly located (and unused) bike lanes, a bad decision by previous (I was told "corrupt") mayor (Rod. H.).

After our experience in other Colombian cities, we found that drivers in Bucaramanga used their horns much more aggressively. Traffic noise was generally higher than in other city centers we have stayed in (Bogota, Manizales, Medellin, Cartegena, and Santa Marta).
Bucaramanga has a very pleasant climate and there is plenty to do. There are many nice parks, and the view from the top of Santisimo cablecar was lovely, especially at sunset.

I found the location very pleasant in a very walkable neighbourhood. Jorge the owner was extremely helpfully with any recommendations on where to eat o where to go out for drinks. I really enjoyed my stay in Bucaramanga, I feel it is a very underrated destination.

The parking garage was good and the rooftop bar was great because i could smoke cigars. As well as the bartender and server were nice.
2 hotel staff members were nice And maintenance man fixed my shower on day 2 very quickly.
