The manager of hotel went above and beyond in making sure all my needs were met and that I had just the right amount of entertainment to keep myself busy. The bed was the comfiest we had during our time in Columbia. Great view! And after spending a few days in El Poblado it was nice to see a different area, conveniently near Community 13. Also, Marlon was particularly friendly and helpful!
