The staff is absolutely the best thing about this hotel! Diego was working when I arrived and he was so helpful - he called the parquedero to let them know I was coming and helped bring all my luggage inside. Then he was so patient when I looked at several rooms and made sure I knew about the tea and coffee they provide. Then the woman who was at the front desk in the morning watched the cameras when I bright my vehicle from the parquedero to the hotel and brought my luggage out to me! What incredible service! The rooms were also clean, has plenty of storage, towers, a fan, a TV. The parquedero wax right a Ross the street and in a fully staffed garage, so very safe. This is a great option in Caldas!

This hotel has a great location, right in the Main Street, friendly staff, neat and clean room, safe place, close to everything, be aware you are in the busiest place in town so I asked for a room far from the street to avoid the noise from the nightlife, highly recommend , coming back again.

All! Especially the staff Front Desk: Paola and Pol and Christian went above and beyond to take care of the tinniest details. Isa, Estephania and Maurylyn were there daily at the in house restaurant that served a wide variety of tasty, super healthy and bargain price meals. The rooftop terrace with pool, full gym, bbq and game room were so convenient! And all for a bargain price.
