I traveled for business to Valledupar and stayed at La Malena for two nights. Guillermo and Rosario (the owners) are extremely nice and keep everything clean and tidy. There's always coffee in the living room, internet was good, and rooms are well appointed at an excellent price point.

It was a Great stay there, mostly because of the willing of the staff to support in every requirement that I demanded by the time. Staff very attentive as I mentioned and the facilities quite good in relation to the price , to be honest I didn't expect to find my room in a good condition. I also found an hammock inside my room which was a very good idea to relax. To finish, hotel is close to the airport which represents a good advantage I you are planning to continue in a trip, in my personal case it was in a good location to continues my trip to Mompos.

The hotel is so beautiful, very nice looking interior design and have a pretty garden at the backyard. 3 different patios with beautiful plants and has a nice small swiming pool with a nice sound of a waterfall below a mango tree. A really nice breakfast !!! The staff was really kind y warm. The bedrooms are so cousy and confy.
