The staff was really friendly

Love everything, the service, the room, the rooftop restaurant and 1 minute walk to a beautiful 4 stories Mall. Bank next door and plenty of taxis to get around.

Everything was excellent! After a grueling 10-hour bus ride, it was amazing to just walk upstairs and check right into this comfortable hotel.

It has a lift, that's good, they allow to receive take out in the room, so you don't have to go to the reception desk for it. The fan works like a charm, (actually too well, I had some cold at night), outside noise is not too troublesome, but some can be heard, nevertheless, breakfast is included in the restaurant crossing the street, and they had good Santandereano tamale

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel was very good for the price and I felt comfortable and safe. The hotel was calm and nice. Very close to everything. I liked that they had a refrigerator in the first floor I could buy water from whenever I wanted.

It's the perfect place for a short stay, everything in the city is 10-15 min distance, so the location is convenient. The staff was nice.

Felt like we were in someone's home. They were very warm and hospitable:) Breakfast was authentic Colombian and great! Rooms were clean..

I like its location because it facilitates you to pick up transport nearby and also its American style facilities.
