This is a great place! We like the location: it is like 17 minutes walking from the town center, facing the mountains, the trees. and the clouds. The hotel is quiet, relaxing, and comfortable, which makes us feel at home and close to nature. Deicy, Selene, and Luis are so nice! They helped us everything: cooking the breakfast, making the coffee, booking the motorcarro, cleaning the room, etc. Although we do not know Spanish, we talked much with Deicy and Selene using Google Translate. Very nice talking! (We need to learn Spanish!) Really recommend this hotel. We love Jardín and hope one day we will come back here again and stay in this hotel for sure.

Incredible facility outside town - had zip lining on premise

Amazing location on the edge of town with great views across the valley but only 5 minute walk to the plaza. Loved the animals and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Stayed with family if 4 in a double room and the grandparents in the adjacent room.

Very cute and well kept property. Staff was exceptional and caring. Breakfast was great. Through no fault of their own, we were unable to use the Jacuzzi at our scheduled time because of a city wide gas outage. The staff felt horrible. We did take advantage of massage service and I would rate it as OK.

Property is very well designed and maintained as a very cozy traditional Spanish hacienda with very comfortable seating areas in well landscaped areas.

The room was awesome, very comfortable! We really enjoy our breakfast and hamburgers were so delicious. The whole concept of sustainable living is unique, it gave us some ideas we want to implement in our home. And the staff is what makes this place so nice and enjoyable, thanks!

The staff is amazing, they help you out with what you need. The location is amazing as well, since it's just in front of the beautiful Church.
