Great food, kind stuff andall new. We would lije return next year again

Loved the property, good value for money. Nicos the manager was superb to deal with … we needed to stay two additional nights in Cyprus as we couldn’t travel to Tel Aviv as scheduled. I emailed Nicos in advance to explain our predicament and he made sure we didn’t have to change rooms for those extra nights to save us any additional inconvenience ❤️ Wonderful staff at this property and I will stay there again when I return to beautiful Cyprus 🇨🇾

Our stay was absolutely amazing, the staff was so lovely and the hotel facilities were great too. Excellent choice for a chill vacation. Also there’s a mini market right outside with everything you need in case you forget anything.

We had a wonderful stay at Theo Sunset Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views of the sea, especially during sunset. The friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect place for a holiday. If you're travelling by car, it has lots of parking spaces available and also has a minimarket which is open all day.

A wonderful new hotel right in the heart of Paphos, steps away from cozy restaurants, lively streets, and all the must-see places. From the moment you enter, you feel the care put into its modern design, the sparkling cleanliness, and the quality of every detail. The staff truly make the stay special: incredibly kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Breakfast is another moment of joy - plentiful, varied, and served with a sense of warmth that instantly puts you in a good mood for the day. Yes, as a newly opened place, there are rare small technical or organizational moments, but what impressed me most is how quickly and warmly the team reacts. They don’t just solve things, they make you feel genuinely cared for. I really hope they keep this spirit, because it already sets the hotel apart and makes it a place you want to return to.

A great location, with parking and a nice neighborhood to explore. Our room was compact, but so many details were exceptional: well designed facilities and excellent lighting. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices and good coffee. Having a source for filtered water to refill our bottles was so appreciated. And the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Staff was friendly and always willing to help from the start! Location was excellent, and always quiet. Food was perfect for both breakfast and dinner. The sea view room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The adults pool was very quiet and clean throughout the day.

The stuff was great, A special thanks to the Hotel Manager Mr.Yiannis and the Guest Relations Manager Rafaella. They are professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They always greet guests with a warm smile and pay attention to every detail. Whenever I needed assistance, they were immediately available and made sure all my requests were handled quickly and efficiently. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly made my stay special. The view was absolutely amazing, and the food was delicious with a great variety of choices. Everything exceeded my expectations.

I liked very much the beach, very good for relaxing and enjoying in small water but also great for snorkelling mear the rocks. Staff was very kind and fast even though they were working very hard to keep up with everything.

This is a high level hotel with great and professional personnel. We enjoyed all the aspects of our stay, the room was comfortable and clean, the gym in the hotel is very good, the area is nice. The best part was the food - I do recommend to have dinner in Serbellas. Breakfasts were also delicious.

Breakfast is exceptional, the swimming pools are just perfectly shaped.

Amazing hotel and wonderful staff that made the experience amazing

I arrived from hospital with a broken leg, and met nothing but kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay. Staff went above and beyond to help and facilitate, they were all amazing, and they work as a team - it makes a huge difference. Management has a visible presence, in a very positive manner. Buffet breakfast, all you could think of and probably more. George, the restaurant manager, clearly has 5* training - everyone benefits, it all flows seamlessly. My room was excellent, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud (I wanted to bring the pillows home), housekeeping staff were fantastic, they were so kind and thoughtful - special thanks to Ireema, who made me a towel elephant (photo attached), it made my day! It's exceptional value for what's provided, lots of detailing. On the whole it punches way above its weight - highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The hotel itself was very beautiful, clean and the design was fantastic. The food was very delicious with a lot of variety. The breakfast was great as well with many different choices. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay there! Thank you.

Very great hotel close to everything you need in Paphos and close to the beach and some UNESCO sites. Staff super responsive in person. I would definitely come back here. Breakfast included but very basic.
