We had an amazing time at Weingut Gehlen-Cornelius. It exceeded our expectations in terms of the room, breakfast, vineyard and wine. We could not have asked for a better stay and will be coming back!

The room was very spacious, super clean. The restaurant was excellent. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and responsive to our needs.

As a family owned hotel, we really enjoyed how friendly and helpful they were with any questions or requests that we had. The food in restaurant was very good, highly recommend the surprise menu!

All the positive comments are correct. On top of that, its a fantastic base for beautiful autumn color hikes in this wonderful valley. Also, in this time of the year, it is good to book for a longer time, - we did 6 nights-, and combine it with some remote working, as the accommodation is super comfortable, even when the sun does not shine in late October!

Optimal customer service and excellent facilities and the food was incredibly tasty. The New Year program was fantastic. The staff made every effort possible to ensure everyone enjoyed the reception of the new year. Exceptional Service and facilities.

The entire staff was extremely friendly. I needed to stay one extra night and management made this happen. This is a family ran business. I highly recommend everyone to stay here. Breakfast was outstanding. Service was best I have ever received. If ever in this area there is only one place I will stay from this point forward. Plus they have a gated place for bike riders. Fantastic

The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional. Truly caring, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was traveling by bicycle arrived later than planned, tired and wet. The homemade breakfast was truly excellent. A+ location (right on the river!), very tranquil.

Staff was great.. specially reception, lovely people. They did couple of very nice surprises for us as we were celebrating a special occasion. We had a great time. The castle is magnificent, rooms great and very clean. Spacy and with high ceilings.
