Golden tulip opera exceeded all our expectations! The staff are friendly, polite and professional most are bilingual and can speak English, French and Arabic! I would definitely come again and again

Nothing wrong with the hotel per se. I did not have a chance to see a room because when I got there they told me they did not have a room available so I had to find another hotel on the spot.

Cleanliness is not bad but I would rate it 7/10 due to blankets look used too much. Elevator & rooms ok, hall need some cleaning

The two women working the front desk (Cerine and her colleague) were SO VERY KIND to me when I checked in. They were both very friendly and always with a smile whenever I passed through the lobby. They were also very helpful with calling a taxi for me anytime I needed to go somewhere. I will stay at this hotel again just because they were so kind, friendly and welcoming to me…Thank you! :) Also…the housekeeping service/manager was also very friendly and helpful …. Thank you! :)

Well, I used to be a regular customer of the hotel but did not return for the past 15 years at leasr, and given the reviews I read about it, I was expecting something below average, but still decided to give it a try mainly because of the beach, to my surprise everything was close to perfection except that the facilities need a bit of refurbishment

I stayed at Hotel Sidi Yahia recently, and it was a great experience. The hotel was very clean and located in a safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It's also close to many embassies, which adds to the security. Although it's a bit far from the city center, you can easily get there using affordable taxis. But what I liked the most about the hotel was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and professional. They even let me check in late and check out very early in the morning, and they helped arrange a taxi to the airport. They also spoke English, which was a big plus. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and comfy. There was some construction noise across the street during the day, but it didn't bother me because I was out exploring most of the time, and the noise stopped at night. Overall, I would definitely stay at Hotel Sidi Yahia again. It's a clean, safe, and friendly place to stay with helpful staff and good amenities.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The hotel had a nice outdoor terrace as well as a more private interior courtyard. The hotel is located in The embassy area of town and was quiet at night. Would highly recommend it
