The host was amazing! Solved every issue immediately. Staff was super friendly. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been to. The front desk arranged a driver for the day to take me to places I wouldn't have found on my own. Made reservations for restaurants. I had access to amazing people 24/7. The rooms were large and had a beautiful view.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I incidentally arrived early and that was no problem. They got me checked in and I was able to order a meal on arrival which was excellent. Staff speaks both Spanish and English. Room was comfortable and pleasant. The site is peaceful. Wifi worked great. TV worked great. They were able to shuttle me to the airport late in the night.

We arrived at this hotel by chance, looking for a night in Quito. The hotel gave us good services in a great location. Let's start with the dinner, which was wonderful. The view from the eighth floor of the city We will continue with the breakfast, which was varied and delicious. We returned to the hotel after a week because it simply met all our expectations.

Quito is nice, we stayed in old part of town for 3 nights and then 3 nights in modern part in the middle of everything, nice hotels, restaurants, Quicentro mall. Both places we stayed had its advantages In modern part we were in easy walking distance to get on city tour and others. Wish we had more time, wanted to make it to Cotopaxi and cable line up to high places. Hope there will be next time for us!

The historic district was interesting. The views from the Telerifiqo were unbelievable. La Vid is a good restaurant at Independence Square, it is on the second floor and easy to miss. If leaving the central historic district Uber was great.

Our recent stay in Quito was wonderful!

Our recent stay in Quito was wonderful! The hotel’s location in Centro Histórico was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city with so many great restaurants and eateries nearby. It was incredibly walkable, which made exploring the historic center easy and enjoyable. The rooms were on the smaller side, but they were comfortable, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Breakfast each morning was lovely and a perfect way to start the day. Quito itself was an amazing destination with so much to see and do. We loved visiting Mitad del Mundo, riding the TelefériQo for breathtaking views, and taking an unforgettable day trip to Cotopaxi National Park where we enjoyed horseback riding and hiked to base camp. Ecuador is such a beautiful country, full of incredible landscapes, adventure, and culture. This trip gave us just a taste, and there is clearly so much more to explore on a future visit. We left already looking forward to coming back!

We enjoyed Quito and getting to explore the city, a lot of tour companies can pick you up from Quito and take you to the small towns and hiking. The people are so nice and are so helpful. You can rent a car to move around the city but they also have fairly cheap Ubers and taxis. Our preferred transport was Uber as they have an added security where they provide a different code on every ride and the price is set, as opposed to taxis- we heard stories of them trying to take advantage of people by taking them through longer routes as they charge per distance or changing the price on you after one has been agreed on. We explored the Historic old town and got to see a lot of the old churches, very informative place.

Quito is a nice city with interest places to see, like the Pichincha volcano, the virgin of Montecillo and outside the city Mitad del Mundo, where the ecuator line crosess the country, just 1 hour north of Quito. Is very interesting to see that in 1736 the calculation was off by just 240 meteres. Today, GPS technology allows you to pinpoint it excactly. I recommend going to the momunent, see the park and learn about how it was calculated the location by the French Geodesic mission and then aftewards go to the museum that is located in the real ecuator line to see some interesting effects of the location.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. It is a small family hotel with a small garden. The rooms are simple but clean. The hotel offer a good breakfast with a menu. The reception has also a small shop The hotel is located in a quite and safe side street at the top end of the Mariscal district. A famous lively commercial and recreation district of Quito. Well connected by public transport nearby. If you travel on a budget but want to have some comfort and a hotel with a nice atmosphere this is a good place

This is a lovely very friendly small hotel full of charm. One of the best nights sleep I’ve had in Ecuador thanks to a very comfy bed, nice cotton linen that actually fits the bed properly (hard to find in Ecuador or seems), duvets rather than blankets, and a pretty quiet night. Good eating nearby ( including 4 or so vegan places within a few blocks) and good craft beer at Sinners cafe just a block away. Good breakfast included with eggs etc though bit limited for vegan (bread jam fruit coffee tea).

Amazing historical residence in Quito with an impressive history of important personalities having passed through. It is a palatial place, decorated and maintained with much love and care. I was treated extremely well, and the food in the mornings and evenings was fresh, authentic, and cooked with a lot of skill. One of the most memorable hotels I have ever stayed at. Just fantastic!
