The whole staff is very kind, helpful and keeps everything clean. They also have a delicious menu, a hot jacuzzi and an awesome pool. This is our second time staying there and we will be super happy to come back in another time. We love Max the dog and all the birds you can hear during the day.

Wow — that’s truly the first word that comes to mind after staying at this incredible hacienda. It is, without a doubt, one of the coolest places we’ve ever visited, both in terms of the journey to get there and the experience of staying on the property. The owner and his wife are exceptional hosts — warm, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful people who make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Breakfast was delicious, the property itself is absolutely breathtaking, and the setting is pure magic. Getting there is an adventure in the best possible way, and if you enjoy a bit of excitement, you’ll love the journey. Once you arrive, it’s just you, the mountains, and complete serenity — an unforgettable experience. The hacienda is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly special. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough. A 10 out of 10 out of 10 across the board. We loved it so much that we made friends with the owner and are already planning our second trip back to this stunning property.

Everything! Easy to get to restaurants and sites. Staff was amazing and arranged taxi services when needed. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plentiful hot water for showering. View from terraza was amazing. Breakfast options were great. 24 hour access to hot water for tea or coffee. Access to spa at sister location in Rio Verde. AWESOME trip.

Breakfast offered an extensive choice, was delicious, and was offered for an extended period for those who needed an early start--to those who wanted to sleep in! The staff, (mostly Argentinian) were exceptional. Their weren't many people staying at the Lodge, but they still went out of their way to light us a bonfire, and were helpful getting us bicycles for the Ruta de Las Cascadas, and to help us with many other questions. Great crew!

Great location, quiet but close to town and to the thermal baths, incredibly nice owner, perfect place to relax after trekking for two days very tranquil, can see the waterfall from the hotel, free coffee/tea and water fill ups, room was really comfy
