It felt like at home when we stayed at Suure-Jürna Puhkepesa. There is everything needed for a family with kids, including washing facilities, fully equipped kitchen, etc. We especially liked the sauna, as the weather was a little too cold - so we really enjoyed it. Hosts are nice and welcoming people. Surely a recommended location - especially if you like quiet places away from city center.

It is a dream house in the middle of nature. You can fully enjoy your vacation in a peaceful and silent atmosphere, with no neighbours around. The house has a large yard where you can enjoy your daily meals or simply relax. There’s also a sauna inside, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for your stay, including kitchen and bathroom essentials. The bedrooms have comfortable beds, and the living room is spacious and cozy. The peninsula is also not far from the house. If I come back to Saaremaa, I will definitely rent this house again!

We really liked the quiet country atmosphere and taking walks in the village and farmland nearby. The hosts were very welcoming and informative. Nothing is too far away in Saaremaa, so it's just a short drive to interesting sites, but it feels very remote at the guesthouse. The beds were very comfortable, and the screen in the window meant that you could enjoy the evening breezes without mosquitoes. The main house is beautiful, with a traditional thatched roof. There is also a memorial to Johannes Aavik, a philologist who was born at the location (which is now called "Aavik's Corner").

A quiet, serene place for a retreat.

A quiet, serene place for a retreat. Easy access to many sightseeing spots of the Saaremaa Island, as well as the convenient shopping. Great for a group up to five (or 10 if you share bedrooms). Not right next to a supermarket, though, so you should plan and prepare for your dinner and breakfast in advance.
