The location is excellent, with easy access to both the pool and the beach. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the king-size bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. A special thanks to the apartment manager, Elhussein, who was always friendly, respectful, and incredibly supportive throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, he was quick to help. We also appreciated the option to have the bed sheets and towels replaced during our stay. If you have an irregular schedule like we did, just let the apartment manager know in advance, and he’ll gladly arrange it.

Rooms are very clean bright and spacious very comfortable bed , Beach quality is stunning ,We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The facilities, service, and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. All the staff without exception were very friendly and helpful but a special thank you to Baraka, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and did everything he could to make our visit truly memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication made a real difference. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional 5-Star Experience at Albatros Makadi Hotel! Our stay at the Albatros Makadi Hotel was absolutely perfect in every way! This hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating, offering luxury, comfort, and outstanding service from start to finish. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room (No. 2152), which was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The room had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The hotel grounds are stunning, with multiple swimming pools and an amazing aqua park right by the entrance—our kids were in heaven! The dining experience was exceptional. With five different themed restaurants to choose from for dinner, we were spoiled for choice! The Eastern, Italian, Asian, steakhouse, and seafood restaurants all offered delicious, high-quality food—something we’ve never seen in a hotel before. A special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud at reception, who warmly welcomed us and ensured a smooth check-in. We also want to express our deepest gratitude to Mr. Sabir, whose professionalism and dedication were outstanding—he resolved a minor issue swiftly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. His assistant, Mr. Kareem, was also a true gentleman, ensuring every detail exceeded our expectations. The entire team at Albatros Makadi was cheerful, attentive, and genuinely caring, making our stay unforgettable. We cannot fault this hotel or its incredible staff in any way—this was a flawless vacation, and we will definitely be returning! Everything is OK.

Everything is OK. Except that at the end the owner accuses you of opening some cupboard and drinking 3 beers without paying him. Ah, you specifically asked for his approval and left him money! Complaints follow to Booking, which asks you for 200 dollars for 3 small beers. I don't know... is this some kind of drain scheme, but be careful with this stuff!!!
