We had a fantastic stay. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind—quiet, peaceful, and just steps from the sea. The setting is stunning, with the rooms only a few meters away from the water, making it easy to enjoy sunrise views or a quick walk to the beach. The atmosphere is calm and serene, ideal for those who want to disconnect and recharge in a natural environment. The food was very good, fresh, and nicely prepared. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, it’s a place that offers great value for the price, and we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet coastal escape.

Staff was great, especially when we had issues with the tourist escort. They allowed us to stay extra without charge and supported us when needed.

To be honest, everything. 1-First Impression from arriving to departing, they really make sure that you have a premium experience. They took you luggage and send it to your room. They have welcome drinks and cold towels while you are waiting for you check in. The hotel is very grand and the architecture is amazing. 2- The Room we stayed in a executive room with a pool. The pool systems are connected but they were very clean( no pool smell (chlorine) in any of the pools. If you know you know). There were hedges around the garden you really didnt knownthat you were in the middle of a desert. Be weary that our type of rooms dosent offer 100% privacy. The upper room and the ones next to you could see you if they wanted to. The rooms around us were full and we handt have any issues (anyone peeping). The room was very spacious and very clean. The cleaning staff has greeted us and told that if we need anything, he would have it done asap. There is a sizeable wardrobe in the room As an all inclusive we had a kettle the coffe setup a full minibar with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. We had snaks as well, that would be refilled everyday, you might have to call for it. Ther pillows and the bed was very comfortable. And the black out curtains were amazing. One of the best i have seen. 3- Food For alacat restaurants you have to make reservations from a qr code thats on the booklet that you room key is in. The Safari Bar in the loby is open 24/7 has some reqlly good dinks. And the quality of the drinks were amazing (the taste ) just a note that of you want a spesific brand of drink it might coast extra in any bar Aqua pool and beach bar is good to but in our opinion it was more the mass consumption does effect the quality a bit still very good tho. Maya and Cabana restaurants are both open for lunch and dinner. The food was good. Arabesque and Benisuma restaurants are open oly for dinner.

The staff is extremely friendly, whether its Atta greeting you at the beach or Belala and his colleagues who served us for a special occasion at the beach, or Chef Fathi who accommodated the food to our special requests. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant and memorable as possible.
