It was immaculate, the owner greeted us and show us around his 300 year old inn. The room was modern, clean, charming, in this remote part of the Camino, there was even a restaurant/bar just a short walk away. Also an old building with a lovely garden and a fun local vibe. We were told of another restaurant that was just such a unique experience too. Highly recommend!!

Their genuine hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to the entire experience. One of the absolute highlights was the hotel’s restaurant. We had one of the best dinners I can remember—delicious, beautifully prepared, and a real treat after a long walk. Such a great value and comfort, so much better to get out of the congestion and unease of ugly Pontevedra and into this quieter Poio neighborhood while trekking the Spiritual Variant of the Camiño Português. Accustomed to crowded hostels, we enjoyed the privacy of a hotel. Our hostesses were very helpful to Pilgrims with access to scanner and printer and so tolerant of our use of the dining area.
