Beautiful historic building on the hill in Allepuz. We especially liked the lounge room where they have comfortable chairs and sofas to sit and admire the views. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. They have a spa but think that was closed that day.

I used the location to explore the surrounding area, and...

I used the location to explore the surrounding area, and it's excellent for that. The location itself wasn't that important to me, but the day starts well with a morning walk to the river and the beautiful autumn colours in early November. Hotel "La Parra" served a good, hearty, old-fashioned Spanish dinner, which I liked.

Hotel Molino Alto is a beautifully maintained old building in a gorgeous location, with a kind and friendly host. Our room was simple but comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was plentiful and delicious. We arrived by motorbike with the tank almost empty, but the local petrol station was closed and the 24 hour payment system did not work. The hotel host kindly provided us a few litres of petrol, enough to get us to the next functioning station.

Excellent quiet location in the village close to the only supermarket in the area. Parking on site. Location great for hiking both from Aliaga and not too far away Pitarque and Villa luengo. Hotel is very clean and the room was large and comfortable. Dinner menu was very good with so much food we had to opt to share the plates!
