The rooms are clean and spacious, the hosts are extremely pleasant and helpful, the breakfast is rich and tasty, and in general everything was great. There is a common sitting room with board games and cards you can borrow. Dinner at the hotel restaurant is also great, but what is the absolute must in the area is "Ibernalo Landetxe" just outside nearby Kanpezu. Note that Google maps with fail to get you there as it hallucinates a non-existent road, just ask somebody in Kanpezu to show you the road up.

The nice woman at reception was very kind and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, the shower was good and parking was free. It is basically a hotel for the truckers but I thought it had a nice happy vibe.

Excellent location near train station and city center. Nice park across the street. Staff was excellent and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely property and location. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Front desk Staff member, Virginia, very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable beds with nice linens. Restaurant has a good variety of choices. Bar also had nice selection of wines and cocktails. Friendly wait staff too. Surrounding area very scenic. Close to medieval town.

This accommodation has a rustic style. The rooms are next to each other in a U shape and there is only 1 floor. The parking is free and it is internal, so separated by a fence from the street.
