AustraliaThe staff was kind and attentive. From reception, housekeeping, maintenance and the Life guard and the swimming pool; all of them were beautiful to my family and they had a great time. Specially my grandparents who require quite a bit of care.
The view from the apartment was amazing and it had everything we needed.

Lovely cove with a large beach, with lots of facilities.
Lovely cove with a large beach, with lots of facilities. A few decent places to eat, but as typical for Menorca not lots and lots. Easy to get to Mahon or En Castadel for the night using the friendly Island taxis

A beautiful bay.
A beautiful bay. So quiet this time of year (before half term).
Supermarkets close by.
40 minute bus trip into Mahon and from there to most other points on the island. €2.75 (2024).
Also bus into Fornells (via Mercadal - Monte Toro) from here too.
Totally walkable resort - but very hilly and lots of steps.
Great Boardwalk along the edge of the beach for early morning and evening strolls.
Access to the Cami de Cavalls for the more adventurous or hikers.

Massive hotel in nice cove with cheap bars and food around
Food at Hotel bland and the same choice all week
You need a hire car and go south as we did all week to Binnibecca and casa caldana if you want great food and hotels

We loved this area.
We loved this area. A very peaceful place for a summer holiday. The beach is sandy and big and the water is very clean, the cleanest sea water I have ever seen. The other advantage is that there are no waves and the water remains clear even in the afternoon. And the sea water was very warm, which I liked very much and I swam with pleasure.

Arenal d'en Castell is a very quite place with multiple holiday homes/hotels. The atmosphere is all about tourism and relax - few restaurants in the area are quite nice for a quick, easy and cheap dinner if staying in the area. Few supermarkets are also approachable with a small walk from any of the developments, car isn't necessary if you are not planning to travel around the area. The beach is quite big, few restaurants are accessible directly from the beach, there are sea sports facilities available and possible sunbeds renting.

The beach is lovely but if the weather is good there is not...
The beach is lovely but if the weather is good there is not a lot else to do. There are no activities such as mini golf etc and shops are very touristy.
It is a British focused resort.
You can walk (a bit rough) to the next beach called Son Saura which is also beautiful but don't do this if it's windy as it's very exposed.

The hotel was great! So clean. Rooms were spacious and I highly recommend the sea view rooms, amazing to wake up to sunsets and sea! There were some local shops and restaurants but I also recommend all inclusive stays, makes life easier and there was great variety too!
Good entertainment by the pools and in the evenings.

The location was superb. Fantastic views and beautiful beach. Good walking from hotel. Comfy beds. Excellent bedroom looked recently refurbished. Lots of sun beds. Good food. Very clean. Helpful staff. Good lifts.

Friendly helpful staff. Quiet hotel with bar at pool and all amenities we needed. Nice area with small bay and several bars/restaurants.
