very nice, clean hotel. Location is great, great views over the hills, its very quite. food was very nice.

The location was amazing for the price. I’m attempting the Camino de Santiago and it was right on the trail for starters. The room was so clean and well put together. I wanted to stay longer but I had to hit the trail unfortunately. The staff was not only helpful but very genuine, much appreciated.

Rafa was a fabulous host. The room was spotless, bathroom immaculate and view heavenly. What a magical place.

Easily accessible hotel. The free private parking place is really close. The breakfast is a bit simple, but OK. The old town is very close, and also Altamira is close by car (10 mins).

Beautiful facility with a wonderful sitting area, very near the Camino route and all of the sights to see. The staff was excellent as was the morning breakfast which began at 7am.

Santillana del Mar is an amazing location. The Parador, is part of the experience. Having the opportunity to stay at the parador it contributed to have a better experience in Santillana. The staff made everything possible to make us feel at home and they truly went the extra mile to achieve that.

Breakfast was really good as they offered different choices. Bed was comfortable but room was small; this isn't a complaint, just a description. Staff was very helpful and courteous. We ate lunch at their restaurant and both of us enjoyed our meal. Even though we couldn't use the posada's parking we had no problem finding a spot in the surrounding area.

The Old house with great staff

What a gem! Santillana absolutely stole my heart. From the picture-perfect cobblestone streets to the peaceful charm of the village, everything was magic. The accommodation was spotless, welcoming, and had everything I needed to rest and recharge during my Camino. Hosts were lovely, the vibe was relaxed, and the town itself felt like stepping into a storybook. Would come back in a heartbeat — one of my favorite stops on the journey!

Very reasonable for the quality and good service. Hax a pretty room, comfortable bed and lots of space. I looked at the 4-star hotel in town and it had the same decor/finishes. I liked the location, just 1/4 block away from the main tourist area, which is busy at night. Breakfast was good! In the plaza where this is, there's a town park, laundromat, groceries, farmacia and se eral restaurants.

The hotel is really up to date with some funky design features marking it out from the more traditional types but with great facilities. The room was really well equipped with a wonderful shower, spa bath and a great bed.

Beautiful property especially the garden around well take care everything meticulously maintain great service We loved everything about this place !!!!
