Everything looked new and clean. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful.

- Great location near the S’Arenal beach - 10-12 min bus ride from the airport - Very modern and well maintained in general - Amazing pool environment - Great underground gym, sauna, steam room with a view to the forest - Very calm and quiet, although located just 5-7 mins away from the the beachfront road with all sorts restaurants, bars and night clubs

The breakfast had great and many choices, the warm food even had allergens next to it and there were some gluten free choices as well. The mattress was hard (nicely so!) and there were multiple pillows (even the half ones). The hotel had great location - very close to the bus stop to and from Palma and Airport. The long sand beach was cca 10 minutes walk and 15-20 minutes walk to the other side took you to sea as well (rocky ground, better bring shoes for swimming, but less people and no sand).

We loved our suite. Spacious, quiet and private. The bed was heavenly. The soaking tub was lovely and was made even better with beautiful bath salts and candle! The staff was EXCEPTIONAL and everyone went out of their way to provide over-the-top service. We ate at the Sea Club twice and the food was delicious. Breakfast was very nice as well.

Gorgeous finca that has beeb beautifully restored. The staff was very nice and helpful. On arrival, they showed us around the entire compound and talked about the history of the place. The breakfast on the terrace was outstanding!

Everything was quite nice; but the Ukrainian gentleman at the front desk (and I will never be able to speak or spell his name) made the entire stay a delight.
